Enviroprint helps companies store and manage their order, so they can take advantage of great cost savings whilst only having to store the stock they can use.

Stock management can pose logistical nightmares for Operations Departments; particularly if there are multiple sites to consider with different stock requirements and storage issues to consider. If a supplier can offer a service whereby they store your order for you and arrange drop delivery to wherever your company requires on a same or next day service, it can really help take some of the stress out of stock management.

Enviroprint provides flexible stock control solutions

A café company ordered their freshly rebranded takeaway bags from Enviroprint to help advertise their café’s to local passers-by.

The company, which has sites at two hospitals in Shropshire, was keen to have their order split for delivery between the two sites; so that half of the quantity ordered went to each hospital. This would not only help the company with storage but also enable them to order a higher quantity of bags to take advantage of better pricing than if they were to order smaller quantities.

The freshly printed bags came into Enviroprint’s warehouse just as the UK went into lockdown. Consequently the company were unable to take delivery of their items. With their cafés closed, their staff on furlough and all hospital resources being redirected to care for Coronavirus patients, Enviroprint held the bags in storage at no charge to the customer until the café sites were able to take the delivery of the bags.

“Flexibility is one of our strong points. At Enviroprint we believe in going the extra mile and doing what it takes to get a solution for the customer,” says Adrian Pittock, Operations Director at Enviroprint.

Enviroprint arranged with the café company to invoice for the bags upon delivery. This helped the café sites get their takeaway bags through the hospital receipting process easier, as hospitals have to check off every invoice with the delivery. If Enviroprint had invoiced the café sites up front, they would have had an outstanding invoice on their system for months until the bags got delivered. The method employed meant that they only got invoiced when the delivery was on its way to them.

Darren Pittock, Sales Executive at Enviroprint, comments: “I think that the café takeaway bags that we supplied for this client look very smart and professional. They clearly display the offerings of the café and I hope that these bags will help increase footfall and sales for the client.”
