Please read our delivery terms before placing an order.

Personalised gifts delivered within 72hrs (mon-fri)

1. Delivery is £2 on all orders regardless of order amount (excludes next day delivery charge).

2. If supplying your own artwork your order will be dispatched the next working day (personalised gifts only).

3. Next day delivery is available on personalised gifts if ordered before 1pm.

4. Our turnaround from day of order is 5-7 days, some orders are delivered within 48hrs or 24hrs if ordered before 1.30pm. (look on product page for next day delivery).

5. Although we try our best to deliver your order within the alloted time on some occasions delays are beyond our control, so please allow upto 10 days for business products and 4 days for personalised items before contacting us. We will inform you when you order has been dispatched or you can use our order tacking.

6. If you receive your order and it is damaged please see our returns policy.

7. we operate Monday to Friday orders received on weekends will be processed on Monday.

8. You must sign for your order when delivered. Our courier will attempt to deliver on 2 occasions before returning your order back to us. If your order is returned to us you will incur a £5 delivery charge before we will repost your order. You can not cancell your order at this stage as it is the customers responsibility to ensure they are a present to sign for order.
